Returns, Refunds & Shipping
At Pichola Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3-7 days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your original item and will help you place a new order for the item you would like to exchange.
Once you have placed an order with us, we will make sure to ship it to you within a period of 3 – 7 days. This time frame includes the time it takes to process and pack your order, as well as the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver it to your address. Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you have chosen.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, items purchased during a promotional sale, or items that have been customized or altered. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
